Frida Ceder, Operator at Iggesund´s Mill

Frida's job as a coating operator includes daily quality checks. It must be correct coating, the correct moisture content, the correct grammage. To ensure the quality checks is done both manually and at the paperboard lab. Delivering high quality paperboard is a crucial success factor for Iggesund's Mill. Our high quality paperboard brand Invercote is used for packaging of premium consumer products.

"I decided, make or break"

Frida is from Hudiksvall and has always known about Iggesund's Mill. She describes how she´d always been curious about what it looked like at the factory. When she saw an advertisement for summer jobs at the mill, she decided to apply even though she had a permanent job. "When I got the summer job I grabbed the opportunity. I handed in my notice for my current job. I decided, Make or break. I'm still here and I really enjoy the job. " Frida laughs.

"We must think about the future and our children"

It is clear that Frida has a strong commitment to sustainability and the environment. "Sustainability work is very important, we must think about the future and our children. This is a huge issue, and we are working more and more with this area every day. " Frida confirms that it is not only an important issue for Holmen, more and more customers are interested in sustainability and environmental issues. "We have a good product and I'm proud of it." Frida concludes.
